HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. That’s it.

01

Write as usual

Type your prompt in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity just like you always do. Ondrift stays out of the way.

02

Score and rewrite

Ask the Ondrift widget to review clarity, context, and constraints. It returns a score, rationale, and an improved version.

03

Review and apply

Apply the rewrite with one click, ignore it, or keep editing directly in the prompt box. You stay in control.

WHY NO SERVER?

No account. No Ondrift server.

When you choose to rewrite a prompt, your browser sends only that prompt directly to your selected AI provider. No Ondrift-operated server sits in between.

  • Settings stay in chrome.storage.local. Optional history stays in your browser’s local IndexedDB.
  • Only prompts you explicitly ask to rewrite are sent. AI response content is never collected or stored.
  • Your AI provider API keys stay under your control — and keeping them secure remains your responsibility.
